The Gym Equipment Online Remanufacturing Process:

All our fully remanufactured equipment has the look and feel of new equipment but with significant savings and the peace of mind of a Gym Equipment Online’s warranty.

The entire process is undertaken by ourselves at our UK factory. Machines are selected from preowned stock, full striped down and inspected. From there a bill of works is formulated.

The process includes  the entire frame shot blasted back to bare metal ready for primer the framework is heated up before any paint is applied to get the best possible finish, The coating is applied electrostatically and is then cured under heat to allow it to flow and form a “skin”. Powdercoating is used to create a hard finish that is tougher than conventional paint. The machine is then rebuilt using genuine parts, the machines are then tested for quality assurance and packaged ready for transport.

Frames And Upholstery

Gym Equipment Online have a wide range of paint and upholstery colours.

Colours can be personalized and pads can be embroidered with your logo to promote your brand, just send over your choices and we will quote accordingly.

Gym Equipment Online Warranty:

1 Year parts and labour on all moving parts. Wear and Tear and miss use will not be covered.
